Personalized Thriving with Pain Basic Package

60 Minute Session

The 60-minute phone coaching offers the chance to get real time support for enhancing your healing and thriving. We dig in to what will move you toward your Wow whether it is exploring pain management, resources, celebrating successes, or vision. Includes a follow-up email to make sure you are supported and connecting to the right resources to thrive. Appointments are typically scheduled during business hours 10am-6pm Pacific Time subject to availability. Special arrangements can be made for Saturdays or after-hours for an additional charge.

Super Charge Thriving Coaching Package

3 hours

With the ease of personal conversations, the three-hour coaching offers you the chance to explore important questions, get encouragement, clarity, guidance, and motivation. This package is broken down into 3-6 shorter sessions and also includes three (3) follow-up emails to help hold you accountable to your goals!

30 Minute Follow-Up Telephone Consultation (Existing Clients Only)

The 30 minute telephone consultation is for existing clients to follow up on a prior sleep plan to discuss progress or a new issue that has arisen.  We can get a lot accomplished when we can bring our heads together!
